Designed for an artist in Vermont, this project features a waterfront sunbathing platform and dock connected to the main residence by a pathway. The onshore component consists of a boardwalk parallel to the shoreline that provides a stable, level area for sunbathing and outdoor work. Extending perpendicularly into the pond, a dock offers swimming access and unobstructed sightlines over the water. The intersecting platforms create a defined geometric footprint within the wooded landscape, offering a dedicated recreation space that maintains a low profile against the tree line.
